Dung, brick and clay rocket stove prototype blogs for comment.

Once again thanking you for posting the The suggestions received till now were very valuable and helped me to improve the presentation and content. I am also working on different models of rocket stoves with community participation in rural areas. One of the latest stove is named as "Good Stove". I am requesting you to please go through the content and advice me. Because these stoves will be adopted by the community in two villages on pilot basis and any improvements would benefit them.

The earlier model is a single stove which community doesnt like much.

I am happy to see the Chulah design, Philips Design which got Index Award, which is sophisticated and similar to the Good Stove designed by Dr. N. Sai Bhaskar Reddy based on the existing traditional two pot stoves in use and rocket stove priciples of Dr. Larry Winiarsky. 300 families are happily using them in parts of Mahabubnagar district, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Chulah ;view=article&id=112:chulha&catid=10:finalists-2009&Itemid=229

;view=article&id=377:chulha&catid=9:winners-2009&Itemid=20

It is great that Philips has declared this design open for the common good.

Good stove is one of the 30 stove designs done by Dr. N.
