10 mm skirt, steel skirt

Predicted heat transfer to various surfaces of the pot with skirts made out of various materials. In this case, the skirt was 165 mm (6.5 inches) tall and its bottom edge is aligned with the mouth of the stove, and it was placed at a distance of 10 mm from the pot. Positive sign indicates heat transfer into pot.
