I want to introduce you to Kristina Weyer who is here for the winter at our lab to study dung burning and to create with us an improved dung burning stove using the pictures Agnes sent [from Tibet] as a guide. We plan to have tested prototype models in several months and be ready for spring to introduce this technology to Tibet.
Kristina is experimenting with drying dung now and will begin by studying how dung burns using various approaches. We will do emission testing at the same time.
Can anyone direct us to good info on dung burning? Literature searches do not find very much.
